Lessons policies
1.1 Rescheduling Policies
Both students and teachers are allowed to reschedule lessons up to 12 hours before the lesson’s originally scheduled time. If both parties accept the lesson’s new time/date, the lesson will be rescheduled accordingly. If one party rejects the request, the lesson will be kept scheduled as it was.
If the lesson is to start within 12 hours, neither of the parties may request the lesson to be rescheduled and both parties are expected to attend the lesson as scheduled.
If one of the parties left the rescheduling request without accepting or rejecting it within 2 hours from the original lesson time, the automated response will be to reject the lesson scheduling request and both student and teacher are expected to attend the lesson as planned.
1.2. Cancellations Policies
Teachers and students can request a lesson to be canceled 12 hours before the lesson is to start and the ArabicArea’s points for that lesson will be returned to the student’s wallet.
If a teacher or student doesn’t accept the lesson cancellation request, the lesson will be kept as planned you are expected to attend the lesson.
1.3 Lesson Problem Request:
If you face any problems, we recommend that you wait for the lesson's time to pass and then report the problem after that you may select the problem's reason and how you wish for it to be solved.
If one party rejected the lesson problem request, it will be left for the administration of ArabicArea to solve the problem. You will be contacted via email with all the details.
In the case of both parties are not agreeing on a solution, you may be asked to provide evidence that supports your situation.
